About the Board of Trustees
Princeton in Asia, Inc. (PiA) is a non-profit charitable corporation governed by a Board of Trustees that consists of no fewer than 17 and no more than 32 Trustees. Trustees are nominated by the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board and elected by vote of the full Board.
The Board carries out its responsibilities and fulfills its duties in part through the following standing committees:
